"Everyday" make up bag

I made this myself. I bought the fabric off Amazon (click here), unfortunately they do not ship to Denmark.

Wet n' Wild "Comfort Zone" palette, MUA "Undress Me Too" palette", Wet n' Wild "Walking On Eggshells" palette, home made tinted eye cream, Maybelline "Chocolate Chic" eyeshadow (I use it for my brows)
Beauty UK blush "Peaches and Cream" (I use it as a highlight), random Rimme London eyeshadow from an old palette (also using it as a highlight), Maybelline "Rocket" and "One by One" mascara,  Gosh kohl/eye liner "Black", Rimmel London Scandaleyes eyeshadow stick "Bulletproof Beige"
Gosh blush "Rose Whisper", MUA blush "Shade 2", Collection lasting perfection concealer "Light", Rimmel London Stay Matte powder "Transparent"
Random eyeshadow brush, Nilens Jord brush "834", three random brushes from a set I got of Ebay, Nilens Jord brush "825", Nilens Jord large powder brush (lost the handle), Nilens Jord kabuki blush brush "114", Gosh eyeliner sharpener, random eyebrow brush and mini tweezers

I don't really wear make up too often to be honest. I was lucky enough to be born with pretty good skin, I only have overly pigmented cheeks, and I don't go out too often because I haven't been feeling well for a while, so putting on make up is just a hassle. I do have some more make up, just if a special occasion comes up or if my mum wants to borrow. So that's why it's called "everyday", because I don't cover my face in stuff every day.

Do you have any holy grail make up/skin care products you can recommend? I'm looking into taking a bit more care of my skin, I have sensitive and partly dry skin.

Nosey? Have a look in my bag.

Bag from Pieces. 100 kr marked down from 600 kr.

My current motto is "Never underestimate a woman's ability to fit her life in her bag", because it's true. I can actually fit so much more in my bag if I wanted to. Normally I also keep the book I'm currently reading and my PSP with the games in, but I forgot to take pictures of that because I had taken them out to use. I never keep make up in my bag because I rarely actually wear make up. I don't have anyone to impress, so I don't bother. Also I normally keep my camera in there, but obviously I was using it to do this.

What are some of your bag essentials?

Bullshit you shouldn't believe in #1

(I thought of making a little segment basically about things people say that are complete and utter bullshit. It may continue into more parts, but who knows. But this is what I want to rant about.)

I'm a great fan on Tumblr. I love the art I find on there, photography, general funny stuff. But lately, I've been seeing this bullshit.

"No one is going to love you if you don't love yourself"
"Don't expect people to love you if you don't love yourself"

"Love yourself first before you let others love you"
"You can't love others if you don't love yourself"

All of this is bullshit. YES it is good to love yourself, we should all have some kind of love and respect for ourselves and our bodies. But making people believe that because of the relationship we have with ourselves, we don't deserve love. What kind of thing is that to throw in people's faces?

I've had (and still have) a very destructive relationship to myself. It's the aftermath of years of being told everything I do isn't good enough, friends who wasn't the right friends, relationships that were very abusive and horrible. So yes, I hate myself. In every single way.

But what does that have to do with the love, let's say my mother, feels for me? I'm still her daughter. She knows I struggle, she knows I'm my own least favourite person in the world. But she still loves me. I'm not a horrible person because of that. You would NEVER doubt a mother's love for her children. Even if she, herself, has some issues with her own being.

So why make people believe they don't deserve love from others, because they don't love themselves? People struggle enough. I do agree that a person's lack of self esteem can effect a relationship/friendship badly, but it doesn't entirely mean they don't deserve love.

No person deserves more love than the other. So stop shaming people who can't love themselves.

Acrylic storage

Set of 2 bought in Rema 1000 for 15 kr on offer.
Bought in Rema 1000 for 40 kr. Did come with a lipstick divider to put on top.
Tray (did contain 4 coloured bowls) bought in Tiger for 20 kr.
Bought in Rema 1000 for 40 kr.

Lately I've been on a kick with acrylic storage. I don't know why, but I love it. It's not obnoxious and in your face, it can fit into a lot of different room decor styles. I just love it.

I really want to get some Muji look-a-like drawers for make up storage, but I cannot find any within Europe that ships to Denmark and doesn't break my poor bank. I have looked on Ebay, but the second they are over $14 costumes might take it in and I can end up spending $40 on them. And on Amazon I find some good cheap ones but none ship to Denmark and shipping them to my boyfriend in England is just a hassle and I won't see him for over half a year and I'm impatient! So if anyone knows any good ones, please link it my way!
